We currently offer two types of delivery services based on your location:
Home / Door Delivery
Available within Madurai city limits only. Our team delivers directly to your doorstep.
Outstation Delivery
Available outside Madurai via third-party transport and carrier services.
2. Home / Door Delivery (Madurai City)
2.1 Eligibility
- Available exclusively for addresses within Madurai city limits.
- Delivery is subject to address verification at the time of order placement.
- Areas outside Madurai city boundaries are not covered under home delivery.
2.2 Delivery Timeframe
- Orders are processed within 1–2 business days after order confirmation.
- Delivery is typically completed within 1–3 business days after dispatch.
- Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.
2.3 Delivery Charges
Delivery charges for home delivery within Madurai, if applicable, will be displayed at checkout before order confirmation. Charges may vary based on order quantity and delivery location within the city.
3. Outstation Delivery
For customers located outside Madurai, we facilitate delivery through trusted third-party transport and carrier services:

3.1 Outstation Delivery Timeframe
- Orders are processed within 1–2 business days after order confirmation.
- Estimated delivery time is 2–3 business days from dispatch, depending on location.
- Delivery timelines may be affected during festive seasons, public holidays, or disruptions.
3.2 Outstation Delivery Charges
Shipping charges for outstation orders are calculated based on the destination, order weight, and transport mode. Applicable charges will be communicated before order confirmation.
3.3 Responsibility During Transit
Once dispatched, we will share consignment details or tracking information. If your order arrives damaged, notify us within 48 hours of delivery with photo proof.
4. Order Processing
- All orders are subject to stock availability and payment confirmation.
- Orders received before 12:00 PM on a business day are typically processed the same day.
- Orders received after 12:00 PM or on non-business days will be processed the next business day.
- We reserve the right to cancel or delay an order in case of stock shortage, pricing errors, or payment issues.
5. Order Tracking
Once your order is dispatched, we will share shipment details via SMS or WhatsApp to your registered mobile number.
- For home deliveries, our delivery team will coordinate directly with you.
- For outstation orders via Mettur or lorry services, consignment and transport contact details will be shared.
- For carrier-based deliveries, a tracking ID will be provided where applicable.
6. Delayed or Missed Deliveries
Delays may occasionally occur due to high order volumes, adverse weather conditions, transport disruptions, or an incorrect delivery address. If your delivery is delayed or missed, please contact us immediately at admin@pmpricemill.com or call 9600967938.
