Cancellation Policy

We understand that plans can change. Please review this policy carefully before placing an order.

At PMP Rice Mill, we understand that plans can change. This Cancellation Policy outlines the conditions under which orders may be cancelled, the process for requesting a cancellation, and any applicable refunds.

1. Cancellation by Customer

1.1 Before Dispatch

You may request to cancel your order at any time before it has been dispatched from our facility. If your cancellation request is received and confirmed before dispatch:

  • Your order will be cancelled at no charge.
  • A full refund will be initiated within 2 business days.
  • The refund will be credited to your original payment method within 1–3 business days after processing.

1.2 After Dispatch

Once your order has been dispatched, it cannot be cancelled. You will need to wait for the delivery and then initiate a return request as per our Refund & Return Policy, provided the item is eligible for return.

We recommend checking your order details carefully before completing your purchase to avoid inconvenience.

1.3 How to Request a Cancellation

To request a cancellation, please follow these steps:

Provide your order number, registered name, and reason for cancellation.

Our team will confirm the cancellation status within 24 hours.

2. Cancellation by PMP Rice Mill

PMP Rice Mill reserves the right to cancel any order under the following circumstances:

  • The ordered product is out of stock or unavailable at the time of processing.
  • Incorrect pricing or product information was displayed due to a technical error.
  • The delivery address is outside our serviceable area.
  • Suspected fraudulent or suspicious activity is detected on the order.
  • Payment was not successfully received or was subsequently reversed.

In the event we cancel your order, you will be notified promptly, and a full refund will be processed within 2–3 business days to your original payment method.

3. Partial Cancellations

If your order contains multiple items, you may request a partial cancellation for specific items, provided those items have not yet been dispatched. Please clearly mention the items you wish to cancel when contacting us. Refunds for partially cancelled orders will be calculated based on the individual item price and applicable taxes.

4. Bulk and Custom Orders

Orders placed in bulk quantities or customized packaging may be subject to different cancellation terms, which will be communicated to you at the time of order placement. PMP Rice Mill reserves the right to levy a cancellation charge on bulk orders that have already entered the processing or packaging stage.

5. Refund on Cancellation

Refunds for cancelled orders will be processed as follows:

All refunds will be credited to the original payment method. Bank processing timelines may add 1–3 additional business days.

6. Non-Cancellable Orders

The following orders cannot be cancelled once placed:

  • Orders that have already been dispatched or are out for delivery.
  • Orders placed under special promotional schemes or flash sales, where stated at the time of purchase.
  • Custom-packaged or specially processed orders that have entered production.
