1. Returns Policy
Due to the perishable nature of food items, we do not accept returns unless the product is damaged, defective, or incorrect upon delivery.
1.1 Eligibility for Returns
To be eligible for a return, all of the following conditions must be met:
- The product must be unopened, unused, and in its original packaging.
- You must contact us within 3 days of receiving your order.
- A valid proof of purchase (order number or invoice) must be provided.
If your return request is approved, we will provide instructions on how to return the item. Please do not return any item without prior approval — unapproved returns will not be processed.

- You received an incorrect item and no replacement is available.
- Your order was cancelled before it was dispatched.
3.2 Refund Processing Timeline
Once your refund request has been reviewed and approved, the following timelines apply:

Refunds will be credited to the original payment method used at the time of purchase. We are unable to process refunds to a different account or payment method.
4. Non-Returnable Items
To maintain food safety and hygiene standards, we do not accept returns or offer refunds for:
- Opened or partially used rice packets.
- Products returned without prior written approval from our team.
- Items that have been stored improperly after delivery.
- Damage caused by mishandling after the product was delivered in good condition.
5. Order Cancellations
You may cancel your order before it has been dispatched. Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be cancelled. To request a cancellation, contact us immediately. Please also read our Cancellation Policy for full details.
If a prepaid order is successfully cancelled before dispatch, a full refund will be initiated within 2 business days.
